Lead Game Designer
Hexification has been developed in 2 weeks for the Pirate Game Jam 14 with a team of 5, made up of 2 programmers, 1 artist, 1 sound designer and myself as the Lead Game Designer. The theme was “It’s spreading”. The prototype is published on Itch for the game jam however it is not the final product, it is a WIP that is slowly being built.
Being the most experienced developer in the team, as most of the team members had little experience with game dev, I took on the design of the game, led the development and wrote the GDD. During the first week I have also studied Godot as it was the engine we decided to use, and I had no prior experience on it. Although I took on a pure design role after seeing that my 2 programmers were more than enough for the task.
Due to the time limitation the prototype does match the GDD at this point. The first goal we have as a team is to develop the prototype to the state of being playable and reflecting the features in the GDD.
Technical Game Designer
Maid Match has been developed in 6 weeks for a game jam with a team of 4 and a mentor. The theme was to make a “single input” game. It is still in development and had been a candidate for Insomnia i72, with hopes to make it to i73!
My responsibilities included mainly the design of the game, building on the ideas we discussed together and helping with the programming next to our programmer. I have prepared the GDD and the pitch deck of the game, as well as pitching the game at the end of the game jam, which was unanimously the best presentation among all the competitors. Due to the time limitation the GDD consists of the absolute core of the game, the loop, the pillars, mechanics and future designs have been documented by me.

Football Manager 23 - Turkish LQA Tester at SEGA
I have worked a 3 month fixed term contract working on the localisation testing of Football Manager 23 on Switch, PC, PS5 and Xbox. I was responsible for following up any queries and problems with my Associate Lead and Project Manager, I have learned how to work within a rapid team environment and get along with team members. I have used Jira, Helix and ORDB and worked in text files and databases, all in short 3-week agile cycles. I have handled deliverables and solved my own problems where I could.
Blokk Defense - Localisation, Game Design and Testing at Stratera Games
I was responsible for the complete translation of the game from Turkish to English, as well as testing the game in whole playthroughs. I have given reports to the developers and designers regarding what worked and what did not, on top of giving counsel on system and balance design. I have worked on the project from close to its start till it was published. My balancing tasks were made up of suggesting possible changes to enemy healths and level economies, and implementing the changes myself where applicable.
